Haj Package Includes

  • Return Air Tickets, Moallim drafts and Visa Service are provided
  • Accommodation in Makkah / Madinah
  • Daily meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner is served in the hotel Restaurants Buffet style, cooked by our own Indian Chefs.
  • In sha ALLAH meals will also be served in Mina & Arafat (By Moallim).
  • Complimentary Laundry Service is available.
  • Bus arrangement shall be provided by Moallim (Muassasa) for transfer to and from Mina, Arafat and Mufdalffah during 5 day Haj period.
  • Makkah & Madinah local Ziarat.

  • VAT/MUNICIPAL TAX increase if any.

Terms & Condition

For Booking
  • Valid International Passport for every Individual
  • 6 Colour Photos Passport Size & 4 Photos 4cm x 6cm With White background for HAJJ
  • 2 Colour Photos Passport Size & 2 photos 4cm x 6cm With White background for UMRAH
  • Full amount Cheque / Demand Draft should be in favour of "MATEEN TOURS AND TRAVELS" & deposited at the time of booking. Payment can be made through RTGS also
  • Ladies traveling with Mehram shall provide a notarized proof of relationship (i.e. marriage certificate, birth certificate in case of children)
  • Cash/cheque to be Deposited at our Office only against official receipt
  • Covid certificate with full 2 dose vaccination
  • RT PCR to be conducted by each individual passenger 72 hours prior to departure. RT PCR tests charges to be borne by each individual passenger
  • 5% T.C.S shall be applicable on any of the above selected packages

Child Policy
  • No minor (under 18 years of age) will be granted a Hajj visa if not accompanied by his family.
  • Minors travelling one parent must submit a notrized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.

Visitors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall abide by the country's islamic laws and regulations and respect its society's values and traditions. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia anti-drug trafficking laws are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty. Sectarian, political or religious gatherings are forbidden.
